Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale are an integral part of AutoSpa209’s Terms of Use, outlining the additional conditions that govern all users and guests of our services. By booking an appointment with AutoSpa209, either online or via phone, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Confirmation of your appointment signifies your acceptance of these binding conditions.

Packages

AutoSpa209 offers a variety of detailing packages tailored to different vehicle types. Pricing and package contents are subject to change at AutoSpa209’s discretion. Updated information is always available on our official website.

Payment Terms & Conditions

To validate your payment method, a $1 pre-authorization charge will be applied and immediately refunded upon booking. Employees will only process final payments with your explicit authorization. A late payment fee of $25 may be applied to balances unpaid 48 hours post-service. If payment is not received within 72 hours, a collections process will be initiated.

Payment Notice: A 5% convenience fee is added to all debit and credit card transactions. To avoid this fee, cash payments are accepted. We do not accept personal checks. The $1 pre-authorization charge is reversed immediately, and the refund should reflect in your account within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, and monetary items from their vehicles before service. AutoSpa209 is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property, including the vehicle itself or its contents, or any issues arising from the service location. Please ensure your vehicle is serviced in a safe and lawful area, and communicate any concerns to your detailing specialist. Vehicles are cleaned at the owner’s risk and must withstand standard cleaning procedures. Liability for damage resulting from cleaning is limited to the service cost. We may require debit or credit card details to secure bookings. Card transactions are securely processed. AutoSpa209 reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to staffing, weather, or equipment issues. Services exceeding the scope of the booked package will be charged at an hourly rate. A minimum $100 surcharge applies to biohazard cleanups, including vomit, urine, etc. Examples of unsafe or unlawful service locations include, but are not limited to, public roadways, areas obstructing traffic, or private property without the owner’s explicit permission.

Late Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours incur a $50 fee. No-shows or failure to proceed with the service at the scheduled time will result in a $100 fee. We allow a 15-minute grace period from the appointment time. After this period, a $50/hour charge applies.

Satisfaction Policy

If our service fails to meet agreed-upon standards or exhibits poor workmanship, AutoSpa209 will rectify the unsatisfactory portion at no additional cost. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion, accompanied by photographic evidence, via phone, email, or text.

Appointment Time

Technician arrival may be subject to delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances. Please allow a 30- to 90-minute window for arrival. We will promptly notify clients of any significant delays.

Biohazard Cleaning

  • Biohazard Cleaning: Services start at $100.
  • Car Seat Policy: For thorough cleaning, car seats will be removed. However, we do not reinstall car seats due to liability concerns. Biohazards are defined as, but not limited to, vomit, urine, feces, blood, or any other bodily fluid.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, mediation may be considered.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Force Majeure

AutoSpa209 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government actions.

AutoSpa209 collects and uses customer data solely for the purpose of providing our services. We take reasonable measures to protect your information and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
