Terms of Sale

The Terms of Sale are part of AutoSpa209 Terms of Use and are additional terms by which all users or guests must abide when using the service. When booking online or via phone with AutoSpa209, you are required to read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been confirmed, you are bound by the terms and conditions herein.

 

Packages

AutoSpa209 offers various detailing packages suitable for different vehicle types. Prices and package contents are subject to change at AutoSpa209 discretion at any time; all such changes will be updated on our official website.

 

Payment Terms & Conditions

When appointment is made, all bookings will have a $1 fee charged and refunded to ensure the card is valid. Payment will not be charged by employees unless to told to do so by client. A late fee of $25 may be added on if payment has not been received after 48 hours after completion of the detail. A collection process will occur 72 hours after the detail has been completed if still the payment in full has been received. 

 

Booking Terms & Conditions

Customers are advised to remove all personal belongings, money, and significant items from their vehicle prior to any detailing service. AutoSpa209 assumes no liability for loss or damage to personal property, including the vehicle being serviced or items within the vehicle, or to the location of service. Ensure your vehicle is serviced in a lawful and safe area; communicate any concerns to your detailing specialist. All vehicles are cleaned at the owner’s risk and must withstand normal cleaning processes. Liability for any damage as a result of cleaning is limited to the cost of the service. We reserve the right to require debit or credit card details to secure a booking. Card transactions are processed securely. We may alter or reschedule bookings due to staffing, weather conditions, or equipment failure. AutoSpa209 reserves the right to charge an hourly rate for services outside the scope of the booking. A minimum of $100 will be added onto any detail with biohazard, including vomit, urine, etc..

 

Late Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours incur a $50 fee. No-shows or failures to allow the service to proceed at the scheduled time result in a $100 fee. We will allow a 15 min cushion from appointment time for our client. After this permitted time, we will charge $50/hr from appointment time.

 

Satisfaction Policy

Should service not meet the agreed-upon standards or if poor craftsmanship is evident, AutoSpa209 will redo the unsatisfactory portion at no extra cost. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion via phone, email, or text, with photos of the area sent within this timeframe.

 

Appointment Time

Technician arrival may be delayed due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances. Please allow a 30-90 minute window for arrival. We endeavor to notify clients of any delays promptly.

 

Bio Hazard Cleaning

  • Biohazard Cleaning: Biohazard cleaning services are offered at a starting price of $100.

  • Car Seat Policy: If car seats are left in the vehicle, we will remove them for thorough cleaning underneath. However, we do not reinstall car seats due to liability reasons.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of California, reflecting AutoSpa209 operation in Hughson, Waterford, Modesto, Turlock, Oakdale in California.
